Want to spend some money on soccer while putting down some cake? I have some 2022 NFL Thanksgiving Day prop bets for that! Before we talk about our Turkey Day games, let’s recap the last week, shall we?
Derrick Henry carried the stone 28 times against the Packers, who go without rushing yards like candy on Halloween. And what do you know? Henry missed his line of over 99.5 rushing yards. Imagine that.
On the plus side, Treylon Burks had his breakout game with two long catches and seven total for 111 yards. He hit his over on his very first catch of the night which was very nice of him! Aaron Rodgers played well enough against the Titans’ suspect pass defenses to throw two TD passes, both to Christian Watson.
Speaking of Christian Watson, the man comes alive. Allen Lazard is still the Packers’ WR1 with 11 goals against the Titans, but Watson tied for second among receivers with Randall Cobb. It will bIt’s interesting to see what happens when Romeo Doubs comes back.
Okay, let’s talk about this week: Thanksgiving week! That means we have a lot of football on Thursday! I’ll quickly go through the lines and give initial thoughts, if I went into detail we’d be here for a while. Then I give two or three props from each game and do one of them. All game lines and props are from DraftKings Sportsbook.
First, the Buffalo Bills take on Detroit. Buffalo is favored by 9.5 and the line is at 54.5. Buffalo should win this game but the Lions are in a hot streak and could keep this interesting.
Next up is Dallas at 4:30 EST against the Giants. The ‘Boys are favored over the G-Men by a whopping ten points, with the line set at 45.5. The Giants just lost rookie WR Wan’Dale Robinson, who looked like a main weapon for them, and they will now rely on Saquon Barkley and Darius Slayton against Dallas.
Our last game is a sucker, Minnesota vs New England. New England’s Special Team Unit scored more points than these two teams’ offense combined. Minnesota is favored by three, and the over/under is 42. People will be watching Kirk Cousins in this primetime game, waiting for mem-worthy things to happen. That or everyone will go into a food coma so no one will be there to watch and they will go to a big game. Nobody knows.
